I feel it is back to basics in America! They are so tired with the latest innovations and medical facilities available there, that now they are advocating something which the poor and downtrodden in India do by compulsion, simply because they cannot afford the medical bills. You never know, we ape everything blindly whatever they do there...so maybe this trend will catch up in the metros as well :P)!
