The Food Standards Agency says radical action is needed to cut salt in a vast range of popular foods like Heinz Ketchup, Kellogg’s Cornflakes. Wondering why? Because, apparently14, 000 people are dying each year because we are overdosing on salt

I feel it would also help if food labels clearly mention not to add any extra-salt to the food being cooked or at the table.

Almost all packaged food is truly high on sodium. Practically everything seems to have an amount that’s pushing the limit.
One of the hidden threats is artificial food coloring, especially in powdered juices. Quite harmful to children’s brains actually.
