Very nice and informative article Nishi...but pumpkin seeds and canned pumpkins...ahem...I am not too sure!!:P)

In North India, u get very nice ”mithai” made out of pumpkin seeds! In fact they are also put in a lot of ”chanchurs”...so u see most probably you have eaten them but don’t realize that you have.

@ Nishi, I know you must be talking about ”Petha”...am not very fond of it, though some people love it! But pomegranate juice is really nice..I love it too :)!

The list can go on n on with lots of other must have healthy foods. But the point is how to get yourself to consume any or some of them regularly.
